Dental implants ask more of your daily routine than natural teeth do. The tissue that meets an implant doesn't attach the way it does to a natural tooth, and the spaces around an implant can be hard to reach with brushing alone. Implant ProCare was developed by a practicing dentist to fit the routine you already have — and to put the active ingredient where a brush doesn't reach.

It's a 2× concentrate built for irrigation. Mix one part Implant ProCare with one part water, fill your water flosser reservoir, and let targeted irrigation carry the solution around each implant. Each 16 oz bottle makes a full 32 oz of ready-to-use solution.

Why implant owners choose it

  • Helps control plaque that leads to gingivitis — the active works on the biofilm that builds up along the gum line
  • Built for irrigation, not just rinsing — a concentrate designed to run through your water flosser for targeted delivery
  • Neutral pH, 6.8–7.0 — balanced to the pH of healthy saliva
  • Alcohol-free — no burn, no drying, comfortable enough to use every day
  • Non-staining — won't stain like prescription chlorhexidine
  • 2× concentrate — one 16 oz bottle yields 32 oz of ready-to-use solution
  • Developed by a dentist — created in clinical practice by Dr. Kyle McGill, DDS

How to use it with your water flosser

  1. Shake well.
  2. Mix 1:1 — equal parts Implant ProCare and lukewarm water — directly in your water flosser reservoir.
  3. Use a low-to-medium pressure setting and trace gently around each implant at the gum line.
  4. Use once or twice daily, or as directed by your dentist. Spit out. Do not swallow.
  5. Re-cap and store at room temperature.

No water flosser? You can use a curved-tip irrigating syringe. Irrigation delivers it more directly.

What this product does — and what it doesn't

It does: help control plaque that leads to gingivitis, as part of a daily oral hygiene routine.

It doesn't: treat, cure, or prevent any disease or infection, and it is not a substitute for professional dental care. It does not replace brushing, cleaning between your teeth and implants, or your regular maintenance visits. If you have pain, bleeding, swelling, or any change around an implant, see your dentist.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to dilute it?
Yes. Implant ProCare is a 2× concentrate. Mix equal parts solution and lukewarm water before use. Diluting is what brings the active ingredient to its intended use concentration.

Will it damage my water flosser?
It's formulated for use in a water flosser reservoir at 1:1 dilution. Rinse the reservoir with plain water after each use, as most water flosser manufacturers recommend for any solution other than water. Check your device's manual — some manufacturers have their own guidance about what can go in the reservoir.

How long does a bottle last?
Each 16 oz bottle makes 32 oz ready-to-use at 1:1. How long it lasts depends on your reservoir fill and how often you irrigate.

Can I use it if I don't have implants?
Yes. It's formulated for people with implants, but the active ingredient works the same way for anyone.

Does it replace my regular mouthwash?
It can. It's a full-strength antigingivitis/antiplaque rinse once diluted — you don't need to layer another rinse on top of it. However, the formula is designed to coat the tissue around an implant to help it stay in place longer. This could give a slightly different mouth feel than your normal mouth wash.

Is it safe to swallow?
No. Spit it out after use, like any therapeutic mouth rinse.

Why alcohol-free?
Alcohol-based rinses sting and can leave the mouth feeling dry, which makes people use them less consistently. A product that only works if you use it daily should be comfortable to use daily.
