We want reviews on this site to be worth reading. That means being explicit about how they're collected and what we will and won't do with them.
Who can leave a review
Anyone who has purchased and used Implant ProCare. We verify purchases where we can.
Incentives
If we ever offer anything of value in exchange for a review — a discount, free product, entry into a drawing — the offer is never conditioned on the review being positive, and any review submitted in connection with an incentive is labeled as such on the site.
Reviews from people connected to us
Reviews written by Dr. Kyle McGill, by employees or contractors of ANew32 OCP LLC, or by their immediate families are clearly labeled with that relationship directly in the review. We do not solicit reviews from people connected to the company without instructing them to disclose the relationship.
We do not write, buy, sell, or publish fake reviews, AI-generated reviews, or reviews from people who have not used the product. We do not purchase followers or engagement.
Negative reviews
We publish them. We do not delete, hide, or suppress a review because it is critical, and we do not use legal threats or false accusations to get reviews removed.
What we will remove
We remove or decline to publish reviews only when they are off-topic, contain profanity or personal attacks, include someone's personal or health information, are spam or promotional, or describe using the product for something it isn't intended for. We also cannot publish reviews that describe the product diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing a disease — not because we doubt the reviewer's experience, but because Implant ProCare is an over-the-counter antigingivitis/antiplaque product and publishing such a review would represent a claim we are not permitted to make. If your review is held for this reason, we'll tell you why and give you the chance to resubmit.
Sorting and display
The default view shows all published reviews. If you filter or sort, the site tells you what filter is applied. We do not present a curated subset as if it were everything.
