Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Implant ProCare. Please read these terms before placing an order.

Unopened products

If you change your mind, you may return an unopened, unused bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.

Opened or used products

Because this is a consumable oral care product, we can't accept returns of opened or used bottles for hygiene and safety reasons, except when the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact info@implantprocare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email info@implantprocare.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You may cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships.
